A vibrant transformation of a beautiful three level townhome in Yaletown for a Vancouver Canuck Hockey Player and his young family.
Project included working with Dialog Design to plan coring through the concrete slab on the main floor through to the parkade below to relocate the kitchen and huge island. Full renovation to four bathrooms, all flooring, fireplace, ceilings and doors.
The home ties together with a Lutron Radio RA System to consolidate all light switching, a full home automation Control 4 system over all three levels and a robust multi level Lutron Motorized Blinds package.
The seller had hired and paid for a design concept by Thesis Design and when we were introduced to the project we worked with the owners to deliver upon a mix of Thesis’ and the owner’s own conceptualization.
The project was executed in under four months. A municipal building permit was obtained along with significant work to obtain strata approvals including owner representation at an AGM.
The use of European White Oak engineered hardwood flooring throughout the residence and to four staircases and white walls and ceilings throughout provided the owners a blank canvas on which to further decorate using furnishings and artwork brought with them from their previous residence.
The project was a true collaborative effort and we enjoyed delivering on our promise to get all the work done to a high standard, on time and on budget!
