A unique landscape project that followed our complete interior suite renovation. The exterior 3300 square foot deck is situated in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour overlooking Burrard Inlet and surrounded by downtown towers. This project included substantial coordination and several crane hoists as the site is attached to a 3rd storey condo. We worked to remove existing pavers and replace it all with planting and garden beds, imported Japanese pine trees, concrete form work for 5 raised basalt patios, a water feature, an Ironwood wood deck with benches and a built in barbecue. All lighting and audio was integrated into the various patio areas on a Lutron Radi0 RA system and controlled via a Control 4 Home Automation system from within the home.  This project was quoted for at a fixed price and completed within the client’s budget and desired schedule. We were proud to have been recommended to this client and enjoyed maintaining this space for 8 full years post construction ensuring that its various components were well protected from the elements and preparing it for various entertaining events. A project done with pride!
