Showcase Interiors Ltd. is a Vancouver, BC General Contracting firm providing a wide variety of construction services. We are a small, customer focused, “Hands-On” project management team. We specialize in single and multi-family home renovations, light commercial renovations and projects that include unique, custom millwork, custom finishes, cast concrete, architectural metal, glass, feature and art installations.

We work daily with our vetted specialized trades and material suppliers to execute projects on time and on budget. We work with Interior Designers, Architectural Technologists, Engineers, Real Estate Professionals, Home Owners and Business Leaders to:

*Perform all services from site assessments to turn-key, move in including tutorials on home network or automation technologies.

*Provide free, written estimates and inform our clients about Permit Process and Building Codes.

*Acquire Building Permits, Engineering Assessments and Letters of Approval or Assurance.

*Acquire BC Technical Safety Branch Approvals.

*Perform and manage residential and light commercial renovations and / or one time, technical or unique installations.

*Provide stipulated fixed costs and / or time and materials budgets.

*Manage, coordinate, deliver all supplier materials and sub-trade labour.

*Manage budgets, schedules, liason with residential and commercial building managers and concierge staff and strata corporations.

*Perform Owner Representation work in order to facilitate projects.

*Execute full project scope of work, manage quality control and provide extended warranties where applicable.

*We also do exterior feature patio and deck upgrades and we do provide both pre and post event installations and services.

*We are fully licenced and insured with Advanced Clearance from Worksafe BC.
